Responsibilities

• Receive, log in and route samples to the appropriate laboratory.
• Interact with clients to provide exceptional service.
• Remove samples from cooler and document sample integrity.
• Complete required documentation thoroughly.
• Learn test codes for various matrices and label samples.
• Scan and extract Chains of Custody (COC).
• Assist with other duties in Sample Receiving and related tasks.
• Follow SOPs, QA Manual, and project-specific requirements.
