Job summary

SGS is seeking a Technician, Log-In to manage sample processing for Chemistry and Microbiology departments. This role involves logging samples into the Bluephire LIMS and confirming receipt with clients.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma and preferably an Associate’s Degree in a scientific field, along with general knowledge of chemistry and microbiology. Benefits include health insurance and a competitive pay package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate's degree in a science-related field or technical area preferred.
• General knowledge of chemistry and/or microbiology.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log samples into Bluephire LIMS.
• Email clients confirming receipt of samples.
• Notify laboratory of incoming rushes.
• Receive and log chemicals and lab supplies.
• Review documentation for accuracy.
