Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking personnel for receipt, inspection and distribution of incoming client samples to our New Jersey laboratory. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a laboratory testing environment.
• Associate degree in a scientific discipline.
• Ability to successfully pass background and drug screen.
• Able to multi-task and take initiative while following ISO/GMP/USP standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming product samples, verifying accuracy against client sample submission forms and identifying any discrepancies.
• Log and categorize samples in the sample logbook, create sample acknowledgement form, ensuring proper labeling and tracking.
• Organize and store samples securely while maintaining accessibility; process internal sample requests by retrieving and distributing samples to the lab.
• Communicate with clients regarding sample receipt and issues.
• Coordinate with laboratories, sample coordinators, and site leadership as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
