Responsibilities

  • Perform routine mammalian cell culture.
  • Perform immunofluorescence microscopy and basic quantitative analysis.
  • Assist with complex experiments (CRISPR editing and proteomics).
  • Maintain accurate, well-organized experimental records.
  • Contribute to reports and publications.
  • Support daily lab operations, including reagent prep, inventory and ordering.
