Job summary

Pace, a leading environmental testing laboratory, is hiring a Client Services Technician in Las Vegas. In this role you will handle sample receiving, verify paperwork, and log specimens into our system, while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced lab setting.

We offer training, a full-time schedule Monday–Friday, and a comprehensive benefits program. Candidates with shipping or warehouse experience are preferred, and prior lab exposure is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong preference towards candidates with previous customer service, shipping, or warehouse experience.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods, work around strong odors, and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments of samples.
• Unpacking the sample coolers.
• Verifying the samples against the customer’s paperwork.
• Logging the sample into our system.
