Pace® Analytical Services is seeking a Client Services Technician I to join the sample receiving team in our environmental testing lab. You will receive, unpack, and verify samples, then log them into our system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in customer service, shipping, or warehouse.
• Laboratory or environmental testing experience preferred but not required.
• Able to stand for long periods and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments of samples.
• Unpacking the sample coolers.
• Verifying the samples against the customer’s paperwork.
• Logging the sample into our system.
