Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support the QA department and laboratory staff, ensuring GMP/GLP compliance and maintaining documentation for metrological testing.

You will manage Proficiency Testing programs, assist with accreditation submissions, and help coordinate audits, investigations, and reporting, while promoting safety and accuracy in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, or other science-related field, or relevant equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate.
• Manage Proficiency Testing program through ordering of PT samples, entry into LIMS, distribution to the laboratories and reporting of results.
• Assist with submissions for maintenance of laboratory accreditations.
• Perform transcription review as needed (PT entries, QAPP tables, accreditation scopes).
• Maintain the list of ISO-Approved Suppliers.
• Coordinate with QA staff on recordkeeping, investigations, and audits.
• Support QA staff in data audits and review of monitoring results.
• Coordinate subcontract laboratory communications and responses.
• Contribute to continuous quality and process improvement.
