OSI Engineering, Inc. in Menlo Park, CA seeks a Procurement & Finance Operations Manager to own the full purchase-to-pay cycle and bring financial rigor to lab spend. You will balance on-floor inventory management with building systems and dashboards to forecast costs and enable leadership planning.

The role requires hands-on purchasing, vendor management, and strong experience with ERP platforms to drive cost models and spend analytics across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Own purchasing workflows and vendor management in technical, hardware, manufacturing or R&D environments.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and spend-tracking capabilities.
• Experience with ERP and spend-management systems (NetSuite and Ramp preferred).
• Experience building procurement or inventory systems and barcode/QR tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own capex and opex purchasing for lab consumables, materials, gases, chemicals and equipment from PO to payment.
• Organize physical inventory and track consumable burn rates to avoid stockouts.
• Build forecasting and preventive systems turning inventory and spend data into early warnings.
• Model lab operating costs and expenditures for future site planning.
• Track spend against budget and feed forecasts into financial models.
• Manage vendors: pricing, lead times, agreements, and invoice tracking.
