Qualifications

• Background in Clinical Lab Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a laboratory setting.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and basic quality systems.
• Ability to plan workloads and manage projects effectively.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee laboratory processing operations, specimen logistics, and quality assurance.
• Manage daily workflow through scheduling.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance; provide coaching as needed.
• Maintain inventory records and timely ordering of supplies.
• Support phlebotomy operations as needed.
• Serve as on-call supervisory resource on weekends.
