Job summary

Family Care Network's FCN Laboratory Services in Bellingham, WA is seeking a Lab Assistant/Processor to handle specimen processing (blood, urine, cultures) and support testing personnel in a fast-paced laboratory.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, Monday-Friday from 3:00pm-10:00pm with a wage range of $19.50-$28.93 per hour and a $3.00 per hour shift differential for eligible evening and weekend hours. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year clinical laboratory or reference laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes all specimen types and sources for analysis.
• Prepares workspace and maintains organized lab area.
• Enters specimen data into the laboratory information system.
• Assists testing personnel and supports patient testing.
