Job summary

This role requires overseeing the master scheduler team, staffing, and KPI development, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain flow diagrams and Lean solutions for labs.
• Lead Lean/Flow transformation projects and ensure sustainable adoption.
• Lead Tier 3 meetings to set daily goals and coordinate partner departments.
• Create scorecards and KPIs to track Lean process adherence and results.
• Advise on staffing and training to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals.
