Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge is seeking a Lab Support Services Supervisor to organize and direct daily pre-analytical laboratory activities. You will supervise staff, schedule coverage, and ensure compliance with CAP guidelines and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or higher.
• Phlebotomy Technician certification or equivalent required/recognized.
• Experience in laboratory supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the pre-analytical laboratory staff.
• Plan schedules to ensure adequate coverage and competency.
• Provide training and evaluate staff; maintain CAP guidelines and safety policies.
• Interface with pathologist, Laboratory Director, and customers.
• Ensure instruments are maintained and functioning; manage preventive maintenance.
