• California CLS Generalist license is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Provides management support and coordinates daily operations of multiple laboratory departments.
• Supervises daily work of AP personnel, CLS, CPT, and lab assistants.
• Assists Director/Manager with operational planning and directs daily work to meet objectives.
• Monitors budgeting, staffing, and cost control to align with department goals.
