Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge is hiring a Lab Support Services Supervisor to organize and direct daily pre-analytical laboratory activities. You will supervise staff, schedule coverage, and ensure quality and safety in all lab processes.

The role requires an Associate Degree and phlebotomy certification, with leadership experience preferred. You will work within a large healthcare system offering comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• PHLEB Phlebotomy Technician, CPT, NPT, RPT or PBT-ASCP certification required.
• Experience supervising laboratory support staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct daily activities of pre-analytical laboratory personnel.
• Supervise administrative, technical and organizational operations within the lab.
• Prepare work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of personnel.
• Supervise orientation, staff development, in-service training and competency documentation.
• Maintain and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with pathologists, Lab Director and other customers to ensure quality service.
