Job summary

Insulated Products Corporation is seeking a hands‑on Product Development & Maintenance Coordinator to lead daily lab operations, support product development, and manage preventive maintenance within our manufacturing environment.

The role involves coordinating testing, equipment maintenance, and technical purchasing while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical, Materials Science or related field.
• 1–3 years manufacturing/engineering support, laboratory testing, or maintenance coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day laboratory operations, testing, and documentation.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment inspections with production.
• Support production trials and equipment installation projects.
• Prepare laboratory reports and maintain testing records.
