Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. seeks an R&D Engineering Lab Manager to oversee Ion I&A NPD lab spaces for development, evaluation, and verification of new and existing products. You will maintain lab infrastructure, equipment, supplies, training, and safety, ensuring operations run with minimal downtime.

You will coordinate with facilities, vendors, and auditors, manage budgets for lab consumables, and support engineers with prototyping needs while driving continuous improvement in lab efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and setting up labs.

• Proven track record coordinating simple projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with outside vendors and labs.
