Monday – Wednesday, Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM and most Thursdays 7:00AM – 6:00PM. With appropriate notice, work at night and/or weekends rarely, if needed.

The Education-Innovation-Simulation Learning Environment (EISLE) supports undergraduate and graduate programs by providing a safe, simulated clinical setting where students can learn, practice, and build confidence in foundational nursing skills.
The School of Nursing seeks a temporary Lab Operations Manager to support EISLE labs during a leave of absence, ensuring the maintenance of high standards in nursing education. This is a 40-hour per week onsite position.
The role involves supporting lab setup, breakdown, inventory management, and teaching undergraduate students based on protocols developed by the EISLE Director and Assistant Director. Collaboration with the EISLE team is essential to maintain safe and efficient lab operations, incorporating evidence-based practices into clinical skill training.
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina with at least two years of relevant experience.
