The role reports to the Site Lead, Lab Operations and focuses on daily lab management, vendor oversight, and asset control. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5-7+ years of lab operations experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5-7+ years of operations experience in a lab setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lab operations at the site, ensuring cleanliness and order.
• Manage lab consumables, storage, procurement and vendor relations.
• Coordinate lab IT needs and equipment setup with researchers.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance with HSE requirements.
• Collaborate with finance and researchers on asset management and procurement.
