Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Solid understanding of laboratory testing methods and ASTM standards.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently.
• Proficiency with computers, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily laboratory operations under Lab Manager.
• Mentors, trains, and guides laboratory staff.
• Promotes safety practices and PPE compliance.
• Coordinates laboratory schedules and workflow.
• Performs laboratory and field testing as needed.
• Interprets test data and prepares reports.
