Job summary

ACL Digital seeks a Lab Equipment Maintenance Coordinator to manage inventory, evaluate equipment performance, and coordinate preventive maintenance across multiple laboratories. The role involves collaborating with technicians, vendors, IT, and leadership to ensure operations meet safety and compliance standards.

You will assist with calibrations, certifications, and procurement while maintaining data accuracy and responding to maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Maintain equipment inventory with up-to-date data.
• Strong I&E and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication in a lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment inventory and ensure data accuracy.
• Regularly evaluate fixed lab equipment for proper operation.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and preventive maintenance visits.
• Schedule calibrations and certifications across laboratories.
• Escalate and coordinate equipment repairs with service providers.
• Review cold storage monitoring to prevent freezer failures and escalate issues.
• Participate in emergency planning/management (power outages, etc).
• Coordinate with technicians, users, IT and leadership to meet equipment and operational needs.
• Chaperone external technicians and ensure policy adherence onsite.
• Oversee delivery logistics for lab equipment and supplies.
• Assist procurement of lab consumables and supplies.
• Troubleshoot general lab operation issues as they arise.
• Support procedures for compliant lab operations.
