Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinical laboratory in a labor management partnership environment.
• Ensure timely and accurate laboratory reporting in the section overseen.
• Maintain competency in laboratory testing and bench work as appropriate.
• Oversee quality assurance, safety, compliance, regulatory, and accreditation standards and activities.
• Foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders; drive development and performance improvements.
• Coordinate with leaders to align processes with departmental strategies and outcomes.
