Qualifications

• Minimum one year of leadership experience in a healthcare related field.
• Bachelor's degree in medical lab science or equivalent.
• Pathologist's Assistant Certificate required at hire.
• Minimum four years of experience in medical technology, clinical laboratory sciences, or health care related field.
• Two years of pathology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains testing and training standards; develops training materials and evaluates competency.
• Maintains compliance and accreditation; develops policies aligned with regulations and inspection checklists.

• Maintains operations and improves processes by evaluating testing methodologies and technology.
• Coordinates quality by conducting internal audits and ensuring proper testing and results.
