Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the clinical laboratory.
• Ensure timely and accurate laboratory reporting.
• Maintain competency in laboratory testing and bench work as needed.
• Direct quality assurance, safety, compliance, and accreditation standards and activities.
• Link medical laboratory services with other services and coordinate with external vendors and health organizations.
• Develop strategies to improve processes, testing methods, and operations for efficiency and quality.
