Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent, with ≥2 years in a lab.
• Hands-on experience with analytical balances and automated liquid handling systems (Tecan or Biomek).
• Familiarity with compound management or inventory software (Titian Mosaic a plus).
• Strong data management and documentation across databases.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data organization and presentation.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a learning mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across multidisciplinary environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical handling procedures and manage research material orders.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, including liquid handling systems and analytical balances.
• Maintain and update records of research materials across databases, ensuring data integrity.
• Support intake and validation processes to confirm materials meet specifications.
• Follow SOPs and report deviations or anomalies to stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation and review of technical reports, intake logs, and related documentation.
• Analyze and present data using Excel; share findings via PowerPoint.
