Job summary

Advanced Group is seeking a Research Associate II to support R&D and laboratory operations through design, execution, and analysis of scientific experiments. This role aims to generate high-quality data, maintain documentation, and support regulated activities to meet project objectives.

The ideal candidate has a life sciences background, 2–4 years of post-graduate lab experience, and strong data interpretation and communication skills within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of post-graduate laboratory or research experience.
• Strong technical documentation, data analysis, and scientific communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments and scientific studies in support of research, development, and manufacturing programs.
• Design, execute, and interpret experiments with limited supervision.
• Prepare technical reports, protocols, summaries, and quantitative analyses.
• Present and discuss experimental results with project teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, electronic files, and supporting documentation.
• Review scientific literature and apply findings to ongoing research activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, quality, and laboratory safety requirements.
• Support project planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
