Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry or closely related field.
• One year of related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written formats.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare laboratories and support classroom demonstrations as directed by instructors.
• Maintain laboratory budget and procure materials, equipment, and supplies; coordinate with department personnel.
• Hire and supervise work-study students and maintain related paperwork with Financial Aid.
• Maintain records for acquisition, use, storage, and disposal of chemicals; ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop, update, and communicate laboratory safety and operating procedures; train staff and students.
• May teach up to 9 contact hours.
