Qualifications

• Three+ years of related experience in office administration and customer service.
• Education beyond high school may count toward experience.
• Familiarity with grant administration or lab support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organizes administrative systems and provides essential support.
• Serves as information source on policies and options for faculty, staff, and students.
• Gathers data and assists in preparing reports using various software.
• Prepares PI's lab and department records and ensures compliance with university requirements.
• Coordinates travel and meetings; onboarding of new lab members.
