Job summary

Rythm Health, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming first contact for the Omaha lab team. You will manage front desk duties, calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and supplies while supporting onboarding and travel arrangements.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with 2+ years in admin roles. Bachelor's degree preferred; healthcare/startup experience is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position based in Omaha, NE.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative/support experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Self-starter with initiative and minimal supervision.
  • Healthcare, lab, or startup experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage sign-in/badge procedures.
  • Coordinate meetings, labs, and interviews; manage rooms and calendars.
  • Order and maintain office supplies; coordinate team meals and catering.
  • Draft, format, and proofread correspondence and internal communications.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems and assist with data entry.
  • Support onboarding logistics and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Provide back-up administrative support to leadership.
