Aurora Medical Group (AMG) in West Bend, WI is seeking a Medical Assistant to support ambulatory care teams. You will welcome patients, collect vital signs, assist during exams, and administer vaccines as directed. Phlebotomy skills are preferred and responsibilities include lab tasks with EHR documentation.

Schedule is Monday–Wednesday 1:00 PM–8:00 PM and Thursday–Friday 1:00 PM–5:30 PM, totaling 30 hours per week. Competitive benefits and a collaborative care environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant diploma or 2 years MA experience or be a certified MA with 2 years MA experience.
• Phlebotomy skills are preferred.
• Phlebotomist: Licensure/Registration/Certification not required.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Perform lab tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and teammates to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
