The role supports technical staff, performs pretesting, and ensures accurate results in a fast-paced clinical lab.Responsibilities include teamwork, strong organizational and communication skills, regulatory compliance, and using computers. Must have high school diploma; ASCP/SCYM/AMT/ASPT certifications preferred; shift 6:30am–7:00pm.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
1 year in related field experience.
ASCP/SCYM/AMT/ASPT certifications may be required (if applicable).
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Assists the technical staff within the departments.
Performs manual pretesting including waived testing.
Works effectively in a team.
Demonstrates organizational and time management skills.
Uses computer systems relevant to the role.
Exhibits customer service and interpersonal skills.
Understands regulatory standards for the position.
