Job summary

VTG is seeking a Lab Manager to support our client on-site at our Washington DC Office. This role focuses on lab operations, access control, scheduling, and coordination of DoD/Navy compatible infrastructure to ensure readiness and accountability across the facility.

The successful candidate will bring a Bachelor's degree in IT or engineering and 10+ years of relevant experience, including DoD/Navy environments. Active TS/SCI clearance is required to operate in this environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in IT, network infrastructure, systems integration, or operational support.
• Experience in DoD/Navy operational environments and familiarity with integration labs, shipboard systems, C5ISR infrastructure, and multi-user facilities.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience as supporting information technology, network infrastructure, systems integration, or operational support environments.
• Experience supporting DoD or Navy operational environments and demonstrate familiarity with integration labs, shipboard systems, C5ISR infrastructure, network-enabled environments, and operational coordination within multi-user technical facilities.

Clearance & Travel

• Active TS/SCI at the time of application

Pay Range

• VTG's estimated starting pay range is $150,000 - $250,000/annually which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
