Vibrint seeks a System Engineer 5 and Lab Manager to lead secure laboratory operations and the engineering workflow for enterprise infrastructure. You will oversee lab safety, utilization, planning, and cross-team coordination to support mission-critical systems.

As a System Engineer 5 and Lab Manager with robust knowledge of the full life cycle of Enterprise Infrastructure and Systems Engineering. You will lead the organization, coordination, safety, and technical readiness of secure laboratory spaces supporting complex mission systems. You will manage lab utilization, staging, facility planning, schedules, system security plan activities, engineering drawings, hardware integration, and cross-team lab operations. You'll work hands-on across servers, networking, RF equipment, virtualization, containers, timing, fiber, power, and secure connectivity while ensuring teams can build, test, and deploy mission capabilities efficiently. A typical day will start by reviewing emails and JIRA tickets created since you left the day before and working through any issues as well as checking monitoring of machine rooms and walking the floor looking for any alerts or issues.
Position requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required. Some travel will be required.
