Job summary

VTG is seeking a Lab Manager to support our client on-site in our Washington DC Office. The role serves as the primary point of contact for lab operations and ensures facility readiness and coordination of services.

You will coordinate scheduling, access/badging, infrastructure requests, equipment receipt, and collaboration with government and contractor personnel. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical field.
• 10+ years supporting IT, network infrastructure, or operational environments.
• Experience with DoD/Navy operational environments and lab integration.

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience as supporting information technology, network infrastructure, systems integration, or operational support environments.
• Experience supporting DoD or Navy operational environments and demonstrate familiarity with integration labs, shipboard systems, C5ISR infrastructure, network-enabled environments, and operational coordination within multi-user technical facilities.

Clearance & Travel

• Active TS/SCI at the time of application

Pay Range: VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $150,000 - $250,000/annually which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
