Job summary

Dallas College is seeking a Lab Manager to oversee lab operations across one or more laboratories within one of our academic Schools. You will ensure safe, modern, and fully functional lab environments that enable hands-on learning and research.

You will collaborate with faculty to maintain equipment, lead strategic planning, and guide multiple projects while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 3+ years of related work experience including teaching and supervisory experience.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles; may require specific discipline credentials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of one or more laboratories ensuring safety, readiness and alignment with program needs.
• Develop strategic plans for laboratory services to support existing and new programs.
• Manage budget, inventory, reports, and coordination with faculty and staff.
