Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Research Laboratory Manager 2 to oversee day-to-day lab operations supporting cancer immunology and immunotherapy programs. You will lead immune profiling, translational research, and human specimen-based studies, coordinating resources and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent in immunology, biology or related field.
Experience managing laboratory operations, budgets, and personnel.
Experience supporting immunology or translational research programs.
Knowledge of safety, regulatory compliance and quality management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations and research support.
Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
Manage resources, budgets, and procurement for lab activities.
