The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in lab management, a science degree, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with researchers and stakeholders while enforcing policies that meet CLIA, CDPH, and CAP standards.

The Laboratory Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a laboratory. They are responsible for ensuring that the laboratory is running efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The Laboratory Manager will work closely with laboratory staff, researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure that laboratory operations are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. They must have a strong knowledge of laboratory operations and regulatory requirements, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
