Job summary

Legend Biotech USA Inc. is seeking an R&D Applications Specialist based in Somerset, NJ to support laboratory IT capabilities and R&D systems. You will assist in operation, maintenance, and development of enhancements of applications used in R&D laboratories.

You will collaborate with laboratory, manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure system compliance, data integrity, and timely project delivery while supporting audits and change controls.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 3–5 years experience in Biotech/Pharma.
• Understanding of GxP software administration and configuration.
• Installing, configuring and supporting systems in lab environments.
• Experience with direct customer/user interaction, including training.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CSV.

Responsibilities

• Administrating and maintaining Equipment/Asset Platform (Blue Mountain RAM) and LabVantage LIMS/ELN.
• Configure and enhance BMRAM and LabVantage per business requirements.
• Provide technical support for instrument software and lab computer connectivity.
• User provisioning for stand-alone/networked equipment and scientific software.
• Collaborate with lab, manufacturing and IT teams to align system needs.
