Job summary

Inherent Technologies seeks a Lab Support IT administrator to administer, support, and troubleshoot Windows-based laboratory workstations and associated infrastructure in a GMP/GxP environment. The role includes validation, change control, and coordination with validation teams and vendors.

The position requires onsite work in Wilmington, OH, with responsibilities spanning OS maintenance, software validation, and incident resolution to ensure instrument performance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining validated systems in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity concepts.
• Ability to coordinate with validation teams and equipment vendors.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and troubleshoot Windows-based laboratory workstations and related infrastructure.
• Support and maintain validated systems through CSV methodologies and change control.
• Coordinate system upgrades, migrations, and software releases with laboratory personnel and vendors.
• Assist with business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup activities for lab systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and investigations related to infrastructure and laboratory software.
