Job summary

Applied Materials, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Functional Analyst to support Semiconductor Lab IT Operations across global labs. You will gather requirements from lab and engineering stakeholders and translate them into actionable specifications for developers, admins, and vendors.

You will participate in UAT, deployments, and post-implementation support, while driving continuous improvements in operational efficiency, user experience, and system reliability across lab environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of functional/business/application IT analysis experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document lab IT requirements and translate into specs.
• Support onboarding of labs, users, apps, and workflows.
• Coordinate UAT, deployments, and post-implementation support.
• Assist with incident management, problem resolution, and knowledge articles.
• Ensure security controls and compliance for lab applications.
