The role requires 5+ years of experience in lab IT solutions, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to interact with researchers and vendors to deliver effective lab technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years work experience, with demonstrated expertise in IT solutions relevant to lab computer systems.
• Ability to analyze and define business problems, and to independently identify appropriate process and technology solutions.
• Partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand, deploy and support Lab IT technology.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure required to support research activities.
• Strong analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills used to enable smooth laboratory computer operations.
• Ability to work with service vendors and other IT groups to support business needs through existing and innovative solutions.
• Detail oriented, thorough, well organized and effectively

Responsibilities
