Job summary

ARSIEM Corporation is seeking a TEN Lab Manager to join the IT support services desk for a government client in Arlington, VA. You will manage help desk activities, assist with new user setup, and respond to user requests across multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate ticketing and asset records.

The role requires experience in IT helpdesk operations, MacOS/iOS support, and familiarity with lab environments, VPN access, and lab SOP development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT Helpdesk support experience.
• MacOS and iOS support experience.
• Asset management practices and principles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first level Help Desk for the TEN Lab systems and accounts.
• Assist new user setup of equipment, accounts and tools.
• Respond to user requests via email, walk-ins, phone calls or other channels promptly.
