ARSIEM Corporation seeks a Technical Engagement Network (TEN) Lab Manager to support IT helpdesk operations for a government client in Arlington, VA. You will serve as the first level Help Desk for the TEN Lab’s systems and accounts, assist with user provisioning, and maintain accurate tickets and asset records.

The role involves supporting VPN/VDI, MacOS and iOS users, and aiding lab staff with equipment provisioning.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a computing field or related experience as described.
• 3+ years directly relevant IT Helpdesk experience.
• 3+ years MacOS and iOS experience.
• Strong problem solving and collaborative skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the first level Help Desk for the TEN Lab systems and accounts.
• Assist new user setup of equipment, accounts and tools.
• Respond to user requests via email, walk-ins, phone, or other channels promptly.
• Create and maintain accurate Help Desk tickets.
• Support asset management to maintain asset records and inventory.
• Assist in provisioning equipment and issuing for end users.
• Support systems administration tasks including patching and network maintenance.
• Provide VPN/VDI (Citrix) support to users and MacOS/iOS support.
• Develop and follow lab SOPs and policies.
• Maintain NetApp data storage per customer directions.
• Identify process efficiencies with customer approval.
