Job summary

Eagle Analytical seeks an IT Coordinator Support to manage IT infrastructure and laboratory software, ensuring smooth operations and compliant data handling. You will troubleshoot, upgrade systems, and coordinate with offsite IT teams and vendors.

The role involves supporting Windows environments, Lab software like Empower, LIMS, and data transfer to cloud servers, with strong collaboration across Engineering and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 2–5 years of IT support, systems administration, or lab IT roles.
• Experience with servers, networks, printers, workstations, and basic IT hardware.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-house servers and network equipment; monitor IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate software and system upgrades for lab instruments and data integrity.
• Procure IT equipment for lab and office use.
• Manage IT inventory, assets, and vendor coordination.
• Provide day-to-day troubleshooting for PCs, printers, and software; handle tickets.
