Avantor’s Lab and Production Services team in Chandler, AZ is hiring for an entry-level role focused on receiving, stocking, and inventory control within a GMP-enabled environment. The role supports 500+ customers across biopharma, pharma, and education sectors.

You will handle product receiving, inventory transactions, and regular POU audits while collaborating with lab and production services teams. The position requires a high school diploma and ability to lift 50 lbs, with 1+ years in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service, inventory replenishment, or material handling experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Previous GMP facility experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Receive products at customer dock or other shipping/receiving point, unpacking and de-trash as needed.
• Record receipts of inventory against packing slips and follow up on discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory levels in Avantor storerooms and client areas with back-stock items.
• Transport consumables throughout the customer facility on wheeled carts and stock POU locations.
• Transact stocking quantities using a scanner and download transactions into the system.
• Conduct regular POU audits for proper signage and min/max levels.
• Be the point of contact for inventory availability issues and escalation paths.
• Support Special Projects such as tours and non-standard activities onsite.
