Avantor is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Clerk at our King of Prussia location. You will manage stock, place orders in IM and SAP, receive shipments, and keep accurate labeling and signage. The role supports lab and production services with a focus on accuracy and timelines.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in material handling, strong communication skills, and proficiency with inventory systems. This is an on‑site position with a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of material handling and inventory replenishment experience.
• Experience with IM and SAP is preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to use multiple software systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Place orders in Inventory Manager (IM) and SAP.
• Set up new stocking locations and maintain stock levels.
• Receive, inspect, label and organize incoming items.
• Monitor signage, UOM and 90 Day No Move reports monthly.
• Assist end users with sourcing products and expedites.
