Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in instrumentation technology or related field.
- Experience with analytical instrument maintenance and calibration.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping practices.
- Familiarity with ASTM, AGA or industry standards is a plus.
Responsabilités
- Perform preventive maintenance per schedules, safety rules, and SOPs.
- Troubleshoot and repair laboratory instrumentation and support equipment.
- Calibrate and verify GC, titrators, distillation units, and other analyzers.
- Track instrument performance using SQC/SPC charts and reports.
- Maintain spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical info for analytical methods and documentation.
