Qualifications

Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology or related field.
Postdoctoral training and a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
Demonstrated expertise in T cell immunology, cellular immunology, and/or cancer immunology.
Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of working with multidisciplinary teams, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Research Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team in the discovery and advancement of novel programs in Synthetic Immunity.
Translational Impact: Generate high-quality, original research that advances our understanding of T cell biology and tumor immunology to contribute to the development of next generation Synthetic Immunity approaches.
Communication and Collaboration: Work effectively in cross-functional teams by collaborating closely with colleagues from other Research departments, Drug Development, Translational Medicine and Early Clinical Development.
