Genentech, a member of the Roche group, seeks a Senior Principal Scientist, Lab Head, to lead a research group in Synthetic Immunity. You will advance next-generation T cell and cancer immunology programs with strong leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

The role requires a PhD with 5+ years in industry, deep expertise in T cell biology, and a proven record of high-impact work. Relocation benefits may be available for California placement.

Formación

• Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology or related field.
• Postdoctoral training and at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Strong track record in T cell biology and/or cancer immunology with impactful publications or patents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a high-performing Synthetic Immunity research team.
• Generate high-quality research advancing T cell biology and tumor immunology.
• Collaborate across Research, Drug Development, Translational Medicine and Early Clinical Development.
