Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Portage, MI is seeking a qualified laboratory professional to coordinate workflow, monitor turnaround times, and lead investigations with root-cause analysis.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related field and at least four years of lab experience, plus U.S. work authorization.

You will coach staff, support LEAN initiatives, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to CAPA programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related field and at least 4 years of laboratory experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and monitor daily to meet turnaround times.
• Conduct semi-annual performance reviews, interview applicants, and maintain training records.
• Lead and write investigations, identify root cause, and implement CAPA.
• Coach, train, and develop others, promoting Lean improvements and regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot instrumental and method issues and support continuous quality improvements.
• Ensure adherence to all state and federal employment regulations.
