Job summary

Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Laboratory Generalist to receive and prepare samples, run tests, and interpret results in a busy lab setting. The role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently, and willingness to train across departments.

The position includes benefits and a structured work environment in the Texas facility. Shift is Monday–Saturday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM with two days off per week; weekend coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Laboratory knowledge and accurate data entry.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced lab environment.
• Willingness to train across departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receives and prepares samples for laboratory analysis or sends out tests.
• Performs startup and maintenance on analyzers.
• Perform quality control per QA guidelines.
• Enter and release results.
• Participate in improving lab efficiency and cooperation.
• Reconcile pending lists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
